Ava Swiss, a school shooting survivor from Oxford, Michigan gave the “America’s Got Talent” judges an audition they won’t soon forget last week with an incredible performance of Lauren Daigle’s “Remember.”
“Why are you crying?” I asked in frustration. “Because I just wanted a little help?!” It was one of those Mommy Moments where I felt like I should be the one crying. But then she spoke through her veil of tears.
"It’s a comment that stuck out like a sore thumb while I scrolled through Instagram. As I reread the comment, I stopped in my tracks, as if I had been kicked in the gut."
