Lindsay Cochran was born with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, which has kept her wheelchair-bound since she was 2 years old. Though she’s not able to participate in most of the activities other kids do, her physical limitations can’t taint her vibrant spirit.

“She laughs often, cries little, and lives life to its fullest. She has been a blessing to so many, and God has richly taken our family down paths that have been hard but have allowed us to grow in ways we would have never expected,” her mom wrote in a blog post.

What’s most beautiful is the unbreakable bond she shares with her brother. This duo has the most beautiful relationship in the world.

“I would take a bullet for her. She’s my best friend,” he says, tearing up. “I would do anything for her. My life would be nothing without her.”
