“God’s Timing Is Always Perfect”: NFL Player Carson Wentz On New Baby and New Contract

Few parents of small children ever have a “boring” week, but last week was especially exciting for NFL player Carson Wentz. After signing a new contract with the Los Angeles Rams earlier in the week, he and wife Madison welcomed their third baby girl, Hayes Emersyn, on Friday November 10th. Now that’s a doozy of a few days!

The 2018 Super Bowl champ welcomed his new baby girl on Instagram, writing:

“Girl Dad x3 ! Meet our new little blessing… Hayes Emersyn. What a wild week it’s been, but I’m beyond grateful this little girl made her entrance into this crazy world at just the right time so I could be home for it! Gods timing is always perfect…. learning that more and more everyday.”

Hayes joins big sisters Hudson, 2, and Hadley, 3 – making the already busy Wentz household quite a bit more hectic, I’m sure! In his post, Wentz made sure to shout out his wife Madison, saying, “So thankful for my incredible wife and all she does for me and our 3 girlies! She was a rockstar once again! Welcome to our crazy fam and our crazy adventure, my sweet Hayes. We love you so much already!”

The couple, who married in 2018 after Carson’s Super Bowl win with the Philadelphia Eagles, first announced their third impending arrival on Instagram back in July, with Wentz joking about how having three girls might just be a test for his sanity, “We’re so grateful that God has blessed us with… another GIRL coming soon! Can’t wait to see all the adventures that lie ahead for these girlies and how quickly dad can lose his hair ,” he wrote, adding, “But in all seriousness, we’re so excited to meet this little one and thankful for all the support we have!”

Personally I’d be more worried about his wife’s sanity since he’ll be away from home quite a bit as an NFL player, but as all moms do, I know she will rise to the occasion, and with the couple’s faith in God, she will truly never be alone.
