A Dream Wedding with Their Daughter by Their Side

In April 2024, Savannah and Brodie finally tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony that included their 1-year-old daughter. The wedding had been postponed until their daughter was old enough to be part of the celebration, making the day even more special for the couple. “She’s our entire world,” Savannah says, reflecting on the joy of having their little girl with them on their big day.

After the wedding, Savannah shared their love story on TikTok, including the video of Brodie’s 2016 declaration. The response was overwhelming, with people from all over expressing their admiration for the couple’s journey. “People are tagging their significant others saying, ‘That’s going to be us one day.’ We’re happy that we can reach people who were in the same life spot we were in once and show that you can make it work if you choose to,” Savannah says.

A Love That Inspires

Savannah and Brodie’s love story is not just a tale of high school sweethearts who made it work—it’s a testament to the power of love, commitment, and partnership. “We’ve been able to stick together through college, buying our first home, and becoming first-time parents,” Savannah says. “It’s nice knowing you can get through anything with your person. I just hope that it can bring some positivity and hope to those out there.”

While the friend who recorded the now-viral video couldn’t attend the wedding, she made sure to send a special gift—a card with $10 inside, honoring the bet Brodie had made all those years ago. “So we did get our $10, and we have it framed,” Savannah says with a smile.
