“I remember the very first show, it was so uncomfortable and so outside my comfort zone, but I walked back out there on stage and just to the best of my ability tried to share what God’s done in my life and the impact he’s had on me,” Tyler remembered. “The Holy Spirit took over at that point.”
After walking off stage, Tyler said he began to cry as he experienced an overwhelming sense that this was what he was meant to do.
Following Tyler’s fresh commitment to his family and his newfound purpose in sharing his faith, Bethany said that her feelings toward Dude Perfect completely changed.
“I know that the only way that he’s able to go and do that and share the gospel is because I am at home holding down the fort,” Bethany said, going on to express that she no longer views Dude Perfect as “the enemy.”
“I can confidently say that the people we are now, our marriage now, who we are in Christ now, is so vastly different than it was even two years ago,” Bethany said.
