As her mother, Lindsay, explains:

“Her condition prevents her from producing white blood cells that we use to fight off bacterial infections. Without this first line of defense Leah contracted this blood infection. She is such a light to all she meets….I hope she brings a smile to your face, too!

An overcomer, she is!

Leah has a 6-year-old sister, Natasha, and an 8-year-old brother, Elijah. The family has endured more than most people could imagine, but their faith in God is inspiring. They’ve set up a GoFundMe page for those who feel led to help them financially or prayerfully through this journey.
