Ava Swiss, a school shooting survivor from Oxford, Michigan gave the “America’s Got Talent” judges an audition they won’t soon forget last week with an incredible performance of Lauren Daigle’s “Remember.”
So now, while he’s growing safely inside of me I will try and make the choice to be fearless. I will work to choose my faith first—even when it seems unnatural to do so.
“Today, my husband had to sit in the hallway and listen through speakerphone to hear that our baby went to be with Jesus and their big sister. We didn’t get to grieve together, we couldn’t even hug and tell each other it would be okay or that we would survive this."
She is tired. She is overwhelmed. She’s running this ship alone while you wait to be told what to do. She is hoping one day you don’t await her instructions, and you just do the thing that needs to be done.
"I cried today. I cried with you as you checked in, full of tears, that your family could not join you for this joyous time. Right now, all over the nation, labor and delivery units are on strict isolation."
