"People have the notion that since I am so often limping along, dragging my frazzled nerves behind me, God must not be real. If He was real, I would not be suffering so much."

He jumped over his 3 children as a body shield, taking 3 bullets in the swarm of gunfire.

I was unaware this picture was being taken by my 5-year-old daughter.

"Unable to speak because she was intubated, she asked for a pen..."

All we ever want for our kids is happiness--this dad admits he wasn't sure how his daughter was going to find it like this but he's just so glad that she did!
