Waitress Is Nervous She’ll Screw Up When “Glammed Up” Chrissy Teigen Rolls In—Then She Sees the Bill

It’s not everyday that you get to waitress for Hollywood power couple Chrissy Teigen and John Legend. But when you do, it seems you can count on a hefty tip.

At least, that was the case for Centerville, Ohio, waitress Mikayla Scott, who got a whopping $1000 tip on a $193.81 bill from the cookbook author this past weekend.

The 21-year-old was working her usual shift at Outback Steakhouse on October 27, when the iconic fashion model was seated in her section. Teigen was reportedly dining with her 1-year-old daughter, Luna, and a group of four friends while visiting her husband’s hometown of Springfield, Ohio.

“She walked in with all her glam,” Mikayla said of Teigen to the Daily News. “I was so nervous I was going to do something wrong.”

Given the 516 percent tip, I think it’s safe to assume her attention to service did not go un-noticed.

Mikayla said she planned to share some of the money with her co-workers, and use the rest to have her family’s cars repaired.
