Dad & 3-Yr-Old Son’s Shirtless Selfie Goes Viral—When You See Their “Abs” You’ll Know Why

One of the most influential people in a little boy’s life is often his father. He’s the man that gets looked up to for everything. His sports teams become little man’s sports teams, and there’s nothing better than having muscles like dad. As a dynamic duo, the shirtless father and son pose in front of a mirror to flex their tight abs.

The Shirtless Father and Son Are Taking Over the Internet

Instagram

A photo posted by the inspirational Instagram account Miracles and Messes shows Chace posing in the mirror with his father, Rosco, as the two flex their abs together.

Their muscles aren’t what’s capturing the Internet’s attention though—it’s what’s on both of their stomachs that has Rosco being hailed “Dad of the year.”

Chace was born with a Congenital Heart Defect which has caused him to rely on a feeding tube for the nutrition he needs.

As a sign of support and solidarity for his son, Rosco cut the end off of one of Chace’s G-Tubes and glued it to his stomach—something he hopes will empower his son, and bring awareness to CHD.

“He has a congenital heart defect and he uses a feeding tube,” Rosco shared on Instagram. “But as long as I’m breathing he’ll never be in a fight alone.”

All the praise for this father-son duo, and the incredible role model that Rosco is for his mini-me.

Rosco continues to update his Instagram account with pics of him and Chase, who is now growing up as a teenager. The two pose in images on their various adventures — swimming, hang out, recording a podcast. And, of course, they pose for just the right shot while wearing red for American Heart Month. This observance happens each year in February to bring awareness to those suffering from heart issues.
