From their Magnolia Market and love of shiplap to their wholesome Christian values, it’s hard not to love the dynamic duo that is Chip and Joanna Gaines.
After announcing baby number 5 was on the way months ago, fans have been eagerly anticipating the arrival of the newest addition to the Gaines family.
And the wait is FINALLY over. On June 23, the couple announced the birth of their baby boy, who arrived over two weeks early.
And perhaps the best part is this precious lil guy’s name: Crew.
Now if that isn’t just about the most adorable name I’ve heard in this decade!
“Our baby boy, Crew Gaines, is here and we couldn’t be more in love,” wrote the Gaines on Instagram. “He made an unexpected (and speedy) entrance into the world two and a half weeks early – which is fitting given he was a sweet surprise from day one. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. We are so grateful.”
Joanna shared a couple of snapshots of her cozying up to her new “cuddle bug,” as well as an adorable photo of their other four kiddos waiting outside the door for baby brother to be born.
And of course, papa bear Chip couldn’t be more excited!
