“I’m Not Gonna Lie. I Got COVID-19”: Pregnant Sadie Robertson Reveals She Was Hospitalized with COVID

It’s been just three weeks since Sadie Robertson Huff revealed to the social media world that she and hubby Christian Huff are expecting their first child, and to say she’s excited would be an understatement.

The 23-year-old has been an open book when it comes to her pregnancy journey so far, and her most recent post was no different.

Robertson took to Instagram Monday with a photo of her in a hospital bed hooked up to an IV.

“I’m not going to lie, this has been one of the most challenging things,” she wrote in the caption. “I got Covid-19 and ended up getting very sick.”

Robertson says she knows the coronavirus effects everyone differently and has been blown away by how “wild” the symptoms have been.

“Thankfully baby Huff is doing great and healthy, and I am now healing as well.”

The “Whoa, That’s Good” podcaster says she’s no longer in the hospital, and has almost fully recovered.

“I’ve learned a lot and I have been challenged in a lot of new ways. I will say my dependency on Jesus has never felt greater in some of the hardest moment of this sickness. I’m thankful I serve a savior who is with me in these moments that feel rather lonely.”

Robertson says her heart goes to to everyone suffering from COVID.

The mother-to-be will be sitting down with her mom, Korie Robertson and sister, Bella, who both also had COVID, to discuss their journeys on Wednesday’s episode of the “Whoa That’s Good podcast.”
