Tim Tebow wife: That term is one of the most searched for terms on Google. And it’s because Tebow is one of the most eligible bachelors in America, but you won’t find him handing out roses on ABC every Monday night.
Tim Tebow
Former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow is serious about finding a future Tim Tebow wife and starting a family, but it’s going to take a special woman to win over this 29-year-old’s heart.
Speaking to PEOPLE, Tebow said, “I’m looking for someone who loves Jesus and loves people. Someone who makes me want to be a better person for her. And she has to want kids, and has to want to adopt. That’s a requirement. Of course I want a woman who I’m attracted to.”
What does Tim Tebow look for in a wife?
Here Tebow talks about his current relationship status with Ellen.
Tebow also opens up about one his greatest desires for a family—international adoption.
“I want to adopt so badly,“ he says. “I can’t wait. It’s definitely something I see in my future.”

In fact, for this quarterback-turned-baseball pro, it’s more than just adopting one kiddo. He’s got a much bigger dream in mind.
“You know what I think would be awesome? If I could adopt a kid from every continent. I think that would be a pretty cool goal,” he says. “I want to sit around the dinner table every night and see kids from Africa, Asia, Europe, South America, right here in the States. How cool would that be? It’s one of my favorite things to dream about.”

Though he’s currently as single as a slice of American cheese, Tebow knows that the real thing he’s looking for in a woman is God.
“Of course I want a woman who I’m attracted to,” he says. “That’s a very big part of it. But I’m looking for someone who loves Jesus and loves people. Someone who makes me want to be a better person for her.”
He also says that he couldn’t be with someone who doesn’t want kids. After all, he is planning on adopting at least seven, and surely wants to pass some of his own athletic genes on for the next generation.

Having been born in the Philippines, and opening the Tebow CURE Hospital there in 2015, God has shaped Tebow’s heart and desires for a multicultural family.
“I think when you look at God’s family, it’s not about color,” he says. “Love knows no color. I want my kids to grow up with an appreciation for every single person, no matter what they look like. That’s what unity looks like to me: knowing that you can love people who aren’t the same as you are. I want to teach that message to my kids; I want them to live it.”
Preach it Timmy!
While a family doesn’t appear to be in his near future, Tebow never fails to dream big, and be grateful for God’s many blessings.
For now, he plans to concentrate on his growing baseball career, and his charitable work with the Tim Tebow Foundation. But don’t let his “keeping busy” fool you. This jock knows exactly what his purpose is, and it isn’t sports:
“Of course I want to succeed in baseball,” he explains, “but it doesn’t mean anything if I’m not ultimately doing something greater than myself. Our lives should be about bringing faith, hope and love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need.”
