Our favorite role model for girls, Sadie Robertson, got engaged over the weekend to Jesus-loving beau, Christian Huff.
The 21-year-old Live Original founder took to Instagram Sunday with a stunning video that captured the proposal.
“I screamed YES,” Robertson wrote in the caption. “So many words and so many more pictures to come, but for now just know my friends I’m the happiest human in the world on June 9th, 2019 today and for the rest of my life. I GET TO MARRY THIS MAN. God is faithful and so so good.”
Robertson, who travels the country inspiring young people and preaching the Gospel, has been dating Huff for nine months.
Before popping the question, the video shows Huff carrying Robertson through a field to a wicker chair where the couple sits and talks, cuddles and prays. After a while, he stands up and pulls Robertson to her feet before pulling a ring out of his back pocket and getting down on one knee.
The video goes on to show the beautiful couple celebrating their engagement while capturing their love in gorgeous cinematic form.
The rest of the Robertson clan was ecstatic, with mom Kori taking to Instagram to announce the exciting news.
“Sadie’s getting married!!!!!” The proud mom wrote alongside pictures of her daughter and son-to-be.
“To the most amazing man and we are beaming!!!” she continued. “Today was an absolute dream.”
Kori added that she loves “every second” of being Sadie’s mom and can’t wait for Christian to “join the fam!”
