Haven joins big sister Honey James, who was born in May of 2021. The girls’ birthdays are just (two years) and 11 days apart.

The couple first announced their pregnancy in November, with Sadie writing on Instagram, “Another little miracle is in motion.” The caption, a nod to the Elevation Worship song, “A Million Little Miracles,” which Sadie has said was playing when the couples’ first daughter Honey was being born just two years ago.

Sadie recently shared Haven’s name on an episode of her “Whoa! That’s Good” podcast. She also detailed the special meaning behind it, and the confirmation God gave her and Christian while choosing it.

“Haven, which means safe place or refuge, and then Belle means beautiful, I  thought it was just such a beautiful name because it means a beautiful safe place.”

Sadie explains that after such a traumatic birth with Honey, which resulted in her actually getting stuck in the birth canal and not breathing for several minutes after, “Haven Belle” was an incredible reminder of God’s goodness, and His promise of a “beautiful safe place.”

Belle is also a nod to Sadie’s younger sister Bella.
