Each year, Southland Christian Church in Lexington, Kentucky, offers an amazing event for those who face lifelong mental or physical challenges. It's called Jesus Prom and it's one of the most amazing events I've seen a church host in a long time. Love it.
This girl is a serious rockstar. In a mere 9 minutes, she totally demolishes everything you've ever thought about bikinis. Maybe modest is hottest, after all?
Please pray for the healing of those physical injuries. And, perhaps even more so, pray for that church family that has been so massively affected by this tragedy.

So as the girls expressed the same desire as me for sunshine, I called them over to pray about it with me. As we looked out the window at the gray sky and down at my phone at an even gloomier forecast we prayed...
Oh good grief. 'Guys,' I said, 'God isn't going to drop money on our doorstep so you two can get ice cream. He's BUSY right now with natural disasters.'
