Nothing says high school romance more than a relationship measured in months and scrambling to find a date to the prom.
Eighteen-year-old Gabi Dunn and her boyfriend of three months, 19-year-old Jeff Bright, went to prom together her senior year. But as only high school couples can, they broke up just two days later.

“It didn’t feel great,” Gabi said. “But I’m over it; we are still friends.”
Being that prom is one of the most memorable milestones of a high school career, Gabi had all of these photos that she and Jeff had taken in their fancy clothes before the dance.
She decided to make them worth something—rather than collecting photos of an old high school fling.

With the help of her novice photoshop skills, Gabi made a few “edits” to her prom photos—substituting her ex-boyfriend, Jeff, for her Hollywood crush and fellow-Canadian, Ryan Reynolds.

“I thought it would be funny not to waste my prom pics and put in my favorite actor instead,” she said.
Not only was it hilarious, and picked up widespread attention, but the man of the hour—Ryan Reynolds himself—even got on board with Gabi’s new prom pics.
