Abortion Survivor Asks Congress: “If Abortion Is About Women’s Rights, Then What Were Mine?”

Gianna Jessen survived a saline abortion 45 years ago.

She is a living miracle and a pro-life advocate. She asked a House Judiciary Committee a powerful question. “If abortion is about women’s rights, then what were mine?”

The Nashville resident has made it her life mission to stand up for the unborn by testifying before Congress and traveling across the globe to tell her story.

Over the decades, her message has continued to inspire millions and champion for the right to life… but her own life has not been without struggle.

While Jessen survived the abortion as a baby, the lack of oxygen to her brain caused her to develop cerebral palsy. Still, she credits her life and survival only to Jesus.

“Saved by the power of Jesus Christ,” said Jessen in an earlier interview with Daily Signal. “I am unashamedly a Christian, will not change that part of my story. I have no need to be embarrassed by that.”

Listen to her powerful survival story here. Life matters.
